Remove a profile

If you own an Instagram account, you can have it removed from this site. Once you confirm the account is yours, everything we hold for it is deleted and it can't be looked up here again.

Next, you'll get a short code to add to your bio.

How it works

  1. Enter your username. Most profile pages are hidden straight away.
  2. Add the code you're given anywhere in your Instagram bio.
  3. Press Verify. Once we see the code, everything we hold for the account is deleted and it can't be looked up again.
  4. Take the code out of your bio.

If the code isn't confirmed within 7 days, the request lapses and nothing is removed. Questions: hello@storyviewerfree.com
